Joey Ramone's Birthday Bash, 60th birthday celebration was on May 19, 2011. Event was again at The Fillmore New York at Irving Plaza. This was 11th time it was organised. Main people behind this include Mickey Leigh (Joey's brother, Mickey Leigh's New Yorkestra, The Rattlers, main man behind of these Joey Ramone Birthday Bashes etc.), Dave Frey (manager), Ida S. Langsam (assistant/ PR)...

"Joey Ramone's friends" set included musicians Tommy Ramone, Richie Ramone, Al Maddy (Sugartime, ex-Resistance, ex-Nitecaps), Andy Shernoff (The Dictators, The Master Plan etc.), Richie Stotts (The Plasmatics), Ross The Boss (The Dictators), Ed Stasium (producer of many Ramones albums etc.), Ali McMordie (Stiff Little Fingers), Ed Stasium (producer), Mickey Leigh (Joey's brother), Walt Stack (The Bullys), George Tabb (Furious George)....
There were some schedule changes and because of it Andy Hilfiger and Holly Beth Vincent did not appeared.
Mickey Leigh wrote to me already in early May 9th, how set include four songs from the upcoming 2nd Joey Ramone solo album (album ...Ya Know? got published one year later).
In May 19, 2011, in addition to Joey Ramone's 60th birthday celebration was mine 33rd birthday celebration.

Of people you see in this page in photos, you can read interviews on my books with Tommy Ramone, Richie Ramone, Andy Shernoff, Richie Stotts and Al Maddy.
I just tell as a example of my interviews with Tommy Ramone. As you know, Tommy Ramone is the surviving and founding member of the Ramones. Tommy Ramone answered more than 30 of the questions I had for my second book, Rock In Peace: Dee Dee And Joey Ramone which was published in 2004.
For my third book, Ramones: Soundtrack Of Our Lives (2009) I had several interviews with Tommy on many different occasions (also in Finland). In first interview in a book Tommy and I focused more on the early days and stories relating to the Ramones. Second interview is of Tommy's works as a producer and engineer and in third interview Tommy and I discuss about his and Claudia Tienan's duo band called Uncle Monk.
